Richard is a Real Estate broker, commercial and residential contractor. He is best known for his last large development in Townsend, Tennessee known as Laurel Valley. This twenty two hundred acre eighteen holes golf course community is one of the finest examples of mountain development in America.

For insurance losses estimates are prepared on insurance bidding platforms. The claims managers at White Oak Restoration assist owners in all aspects of the insurance loss.
