White Oak Leadership
Richard G. Heinsohn, Jr.
“It is my personal guarantee to build with honesty, integrity, and quality. We understand that construction projects affect a person’s environment and quality of life. For this reason, we take on every custom build with pride and a mission to excel beyond the industry standard.“
Richard “Gil” Heinsohn is a Real Estate broker and commercial and residential contractor. He is best known for developing the mountain community Laurel Valley in “The Peaceful Side of the Smokies,” Townsend, Tennessee. With keen attention to detail and a commitment to client satisfaction, Gil has earned a reputation as a builder of choice throughout East Tennessee.
Known as “Polly Proofreader” around the office for her excellent grammatical skills, Calla is the traffic cop for all information coming and going. Calla schedules White Oak’s clients, employees, subcontractors, & vendors. Although, her most important job is the keeper of the White Oak’s mascots, Sue Ellen and Mary Lou. Visit our office on Fridays to see these fluff balls in action.
Billie Joe Bales, Jr.
Billy Joe AKA “Peanut” is no stranger to White Oak’s legacy, having been an honorary member of our team since the development of Laurel Valley in 1986.
Known for his custom designs, Peanut prides himself on handmade architectural components that create a unique identity for every build. His attention to detail, “can do attitude,” & client-centered approach to construction distinguishes him as a true leader here at White Oak.
Hector Lemon, Master Craftsman
Hector is superintendent over all sheetrock, painting, & tile work. Hector brings decades of experience into custom construction and never fails to get the job done right.
Beyond his technical skills, Hector’s honesty, integrity, & commitment to his faith allows him to be an excellent leader for the men at White Oak.
Tim is a true success story for White Oak’s apprenticeship program with True Purpose Ministries. Through hard work, he’s been promoted to foreman and now helps apprentice new men in our program.
Tim also brings a strong sense of ecumenical leadership to our job sites. As a master of comedic relief, it’s rare to catch him without a smile.
Brooke handles White Oak’s marketing efforts, digital presence, social media platforms, and lead generations. You’ll often find her with a smile on her face and a camera in her hand.
Being the youngest daughter of Gil & Penni Heinsohn, Brooke understands White Oak’s core values and the essence of what makes us who we are.
